My Approach

Compassion and tolerance are not a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength - Dalai Lama

Netti Buswell

I offer long or short-term integrative therapy. My core training is rooted in using a person-centred approach, where the use of empathy, developing rapport and creating connection is essential for a successful outcome as it enables you to work through your issues at your own pace.

Trying to find someone who can help with whatever problem or issue you have may seem daunting. We all need help at different times in our lives for a variety of reasons. Sometimes talking to our loved ones or friends is either not possible or feels uncomfortable. Working with me would mean being able to speak freely in a safe environment.

Whatever your problem, having a trusting, caring, reliable and non-judgemental relationship outside of your normal circle will give you the space you need to achieve your goals.

Developing compassion and love for yourself is key to being able to move on; I can help you find inner peace and your own life path. Your mind is your most precious and powerful commodity and I can tap in to that in order to help heal you.

I agree with the Dalai Lama when he says, ".... there isn't anyone who doesn't appreciate kindness and compassion." I feel that that offering kindness and compassion unconditionally is what helps form the relationship and move it forward.

All of the training, knowledge and 9 years of experience in private practice allows me to draw upon a wide range of approaches to work with you, at your own pace. I will be able to work with you in the best way possible for you. I am there to support you through your journey of transformation, whatever your needs.

With me, you will be in a safe, non-judgemental, empathic space.

Please contact me for a 50-minute assessment session to discuss why you approached me and what you wish to achieve from therapy.
